“My Kitties Love Their Caboodle!!”

Saturday, April 25th, 2009

“My kitties Catie Sunshine and her son Frisky Business love their Caboodle and Tumblorz! I move it from place to place to keep their interest up. I ordered theirs as soon as I saw it on Moderncat. My kitties would like to purchase one for their cousin, Kitty Johnson.”

How about those super cute names of our furry fans! Thanks for sending the comments Debra!!

Great Blog Post on Catster!

Friday, April 24th, 2009

Check out this great blog post “10 Ways to Reduce Fluffy’s Carbon Pawprint” on Catster!

As you may have read on an earlier post, Caboodle is made in the San Francisco Bay Area very near our studio at a plant that actually makes the heavy duty corrugated we use. Finished product then takes a short stroll south to our shipping partner! Also, Caboodle is made with 40% post consumer material and all of our waste is recycled, including the non-toxic soy based inks we use!!

HSSV + Caboodle = Happy Cats (soon)!

Thursday, April 16th, 2009

We recently were invited to preview the very impressive LEED certified Humane Society of Silicon Valley and set up Caboodle for their adoption rooms. Their new facility is awesome and their programs are top notch! We are super excited to have been selected to contribute Caboodle to their adoption rooms and are happy to support their efforts to better the lives of animals, educate the community and enable families to adopt new furry family members!

Here are a couple pics we took during our visit…

Caboodle Holds 18 Heavy Phone Books!

Friday, April 3rd, 2009

Caboodle is designed to hold substantial weight. To illustrate it’s ability to hold even the heaviest cat, we gathered 18 phone books and stacked them on the second and third floor.

Notice no sagging with 13 phone books (47lbs) stacked on 3rd floor!

THE MATH

18 Phonebooks x 3.65 lbs each = 65.7 lbs

OR

THE HEAVIEST CAT EVER!

Caboodle would have held more phonebooks but we could only gather 18 for the test! Thanks for all the great feedback and questions everyone!!!
